About the speaker
Kathryn Clover, also known as Hedgewitch Kat, is the founder of Hedgewitch Adventures and has been leading foraging and bushcraft courses for over 15 years. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with the natural world through the safe identification and traditional uses of wild plants. Kathryn has delivered courses for organisations including The Parks Trust, the Scouts and the Trefoil Guild, and is a regular contributor to Bushcraft Magazine (UK) and Backwoods Home Magazine (US). Her engaging talks combine practical knowledge, fascinating folklore and plenty of enthusiasm, making wild food accessible to beginners and experienced foragers alike.
