This session provides practical, easy‑to‑understand advice on managing energy costs and staying warm at home. It explains what fuel poverty is, how to spot the signs, and the impact it can have on health and wellbeing.

The talk covers simple steps to reduce energy bills, including understanding energy use, checking bills, reducing consumption, and accessing available support such as grants and priority services. It also highlights sources of help, including Citizens Advice and specialist energy support.

Designed to be informative and interactive, the session will help attendees feel more confident in managing their own energy use or supporting others who may be struggling.
