Tenth Anniversary Events 2024
Barn Dance
The Tenth Anniversary Barn Dance was held on November 16th. Waltham Abbey u3a members enjoyed dancing to live music played on a melodeon and mandolin.
Afternoon Tea
The tenth anniversary afternoon tea was held in September 2024, over 100 members enjoyed the afternoon tea in the Town Hall.
Picnic in the Park
The picnic in the park was held on the grassed area behind the Community Centre. We had borrowed a number of games from the library and a u3a member and brought our own food and drink.
December Monthly Meeting
During our monthly meeting we celebrated our tenth anniversary by sharing a cake, made by Val; demonstrations from Line Dancing; Singing for Fun; Card Making; German and joining in with seated Country Dancing and Karaoke.
